Vale Lisa Widdop

It is with great sadness that we tell you that our dear friend, Lisa Widdop passed away on the morning of January 18th 2024.

Lisa was the backbone of OZACT, the genius behind design, props, management and costumes, the producer of countless tours, and most of all, a truly wonderful human being.

If Bruce was the vision, then Lisa was the body. OZACT has brought Shakespeare to some of southern Australia's most spectacular outdoor landscapes, and Lisa's work made that possible.

We will miss her terribly, and our thoughts are with her son Alex and all of her friends and family.

It has always been the wish of Lisa and Bruce that we carry on after they were gone, and to continue OZACT's fine traditions, and we will honour both Lisa and Bruce in our work moving forward.
